That was the day that after watching your program and taking notes for a few hours, I felt like something was getting pulled out of my chest. After completing the cord-cutting meditation the other night, the man from my last relationship reached out within ten minutes of me finishing the meditation (after no contact). It honestly shook me for a moment. A lot surfaced emotionally, A LOT, but I stayed with my body and turned my energy back toward myself. He did not receive it!!!!!
